DT article - Kortgleder

Acrylic paint and tissue

Denne uken har Artsy teamet jobbet med Akryl maling og silkepapir. Og så gøy det var! Denne teknikken kan du bruke som en bakgrunn på et kort el eller som en del av et prosjekt. Silkepapiret gir en flott effekt som virkelig kommer til liv når du maler over med akrylmalingen.

This week the Artsy team have been working with Acrylic paint and tissue paper. Great fun! You can use the technique on the whole background of the card or just on noe piece of your project. The tissue paper creates a great effect that comes to life when you use the acrylic paint and paint over it.

Shopping tip february 2011

It´s time for yet another "shopping tip" from the girls here at StampARTic.

Here´s the StampARTic shopping tip this month.

Maissi´s tip
I bought Tim Holtz Configuration boxes.
These Tim Holtz Configuration boxes are
great insprition for your artworks.
You can store in them your little things,
use it for scrapbooking or tell your own story.
The little boxes inside the big boxes can be removed or
you can also change places with them.
In Finland you can buy them at Heinikka.

Beeing a complete stampaholic,
I´m so happy to have found a new brand of favourite stamps:

These beauties all come from LaBlanche,

silicone stamps mounted on a foam piece.

It´s 4 different styles in the package

one of them in two sizes so a total of 5 envelopes/pockets.

$ 5 but if you hurry look in the House of 3 blog it can be a little cheaper ;).

Make beautiful envelopes in what paper you want.
