Vi har lekt med Fimolera!

Till den här gången har vi enats om temat Fimolera. Ett roligt och tacksamt material som du kan göra massa olika dekorationer till dina kort med. Du kan använda kakformar, trycka stämpelmotiv i lera, använda silikonformar eller varför inte knåpa ihop en blomma på frihand? När leran väl har varit i ugnen är den färdig för den slutliga dekoreringen. Färger, wax, mister eller Perfect Pearls, ja du kan använda nästan vad som helst!

Jag (BellaMio) passade på att göra en video medan jag gjorde dekorationerna till mina kort.

Här kommer ARTsy-teamets fina dekorationer tillsammans med korten.

We've been playing with Fimo clay.



This time we have agreed on the theme of Fimo clay. A fun and rewarding material that you can do lots of different decorations to your cards with. You can use cake tins, pressing stamps in the clay, using silicone molds or why not put together a flower by freehand? When the clay has been in the oven it is ready for the final decoration. Different colors, wax, mists or Perfect Pearls, you can use almost anything!

I (BellaMio) took the opportunity to make a video while I was doing the decorations for my cards.

Till det här kortet har jag mistat fram en bakgrund och även använt en del stämplar.

Ramen är av vit fimolera och målat med Akrylfärg och ett lager wax på.

Även de små blommorna är av fimolera.

 Bakgrunden till det här kortet är embossad, mistad och stämplad på akvarellpapper.

En textstämpel tryckt i fimolera och sedan målad med brun och svart Akrylfärg.

Dragon in polymer clay, painted with perfect pearls and green "inka gold".

 A Matchbox-card with decorations made in Fimo clay and painted to look a little old.

 Fimoleire malt med en blanding av Glimmer Glam & ColorWash. 

 Clay painted with a combination of Glimmer Glam and Color Wash.

 Brukt en kakeutsantser for å lage bunny'en i fimoleire. 

Bakgrunn laget med Color Wash og vann på non-stick matte. Så påført Gesso.

Inger

Background with molding paste, acrylic paint and rub n buff. Frame made in fimo.

 Background with crackle paint. Corner thingy, fleur de lis and buttons 

made in fimo, painted and rub n buff put on.

May challenge

Summer is coming fast, only one month to go before summer. In the late spring I like especially the new flowers that are blooming after long winter. This months challenge is all about flowers. In May's challenge you can use any kind of stamps or pictures but the flowers you use had to be handmade by you. You can use for example punches and dies for making the flowers, the main thing is that your handmade flowers are in the card.

Kesä on jo kovaa vauhtia tulossa, vain yksi kuukausi jäljellä kesään. Keväällä pidän erityisesti kauniista kukista, jotka nousevat pintaan pitkän talven jäkeen. Toukokuun haaste koskee erityisesti kukkia. Voit käyttää mitä tahansa kuvia tai leimasimia kortissasi, mutta kukkien pitää olla itsetehtyjä. Voit käyttää esimerkiksi kuvioleikkureita tai stansseja kukkien tekemiseen.
