As you have maybe seen, we are lacking some creative girls on the ARTsy-team,
and we therefor are in search for some new talented people...

Are you the one we are looking for?

We need to see what you do, so please send a link to your blog or at least 4 photos

We need your application within 20/1-2013.

************

We would also like to challenge you during Christmas...

Make an ART JOURNAL PAGE, and show us
what your favorite product is!

Your are welcomed to do what you want with the challenge, and you can either have picture of your  favorite products, or make a page using your products. It's not important what you do on the page, it's important that you show us your passion for ART JOURNALING.

Day of fun - A Classic Pink Christmas

Hi there!
It's that time of year again and today are Silje's day of fun!
The rest of the year I work with the Artsy team here at Stampartic.
And I love it! But this Christmas I'm gonna do something different...
For my day of fun I found inspiration in the other teams projects,
(they make beautiful projects!) and the color pink!

I made a tealight card based on Mariannes great tutorial.
It's my first time making one and here's my take on it ...

And then I made some small paper heart bags.

Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas!
May all your Christmas dreams come true ; )

December 12th- Minna`s day of fun with MajaDesign

Hello everyone:) At last,  it`s my day with the beautiful MajaDesign Christmas papers-  It`s Christmas Time.  So many fantastic vintage papers and I had really fun to work with these papers:)

I made some kind of wrapper for the chocolate. I got this inspiration from Korttigalleria, really easy to make and your chocolates for the Christmas gifts are a little bit pretty:)

Then I made a tea light card

And finally three simply cards. I don`t have used any embellishments or stamped image, expect for the last one, the text and the fir, which was die cut. In my mind these papers were so beautiful to use this way:)

Finally, a BIG THANK to Marie and MajaDesign. We all really enjoyed to work with these papers:)
And I`m wishing you a wonderful and Merry Chritmas:)

December 11th - Malin's day of fun

Hi there!!
Today I'm going to show you what I have done with Maja Designs gorgeous collection of christmas papers.
It's been so much fun :)

I made a nut-box, candy box and three cards.
Maja Design have so many lovely images of Santa on their papers. One of the 30x30 cm papers are full of words and images. Swedish on one side, english on the other. Perfect for everyone! :)

So first out is the box with nuts.

A candy box with whale nuts. Empty on the first and full on the second :)

And three cards.

This last one is a little bit blurry, but you get the idea ;)

Thank you for these gorgeous papers Maja Design!!

And a Merry Christmas to all of you :)
Hugs
Malin

Inger's day of fun

If you have followed us for a while you might know that I am a big fan of recycling, reusing and upcycling. I will not disappoint you. My day of fun is of course all about this theme!

I often reuse package material in my work. Alternative usage is both interesting and challenging although it's risky because it's difficult to think of something else besides alternative once you've started. All the things you see is a potential what if...

One of my favourite "techniques" in making background papers is protective papers. It's a very simple technique, all you need is a paper to protective your desk from ink and stuff. Work on it while doing other background technique and behold the beauty of it. Sometimes these papers turn out more beautiful than the paper I had been working on.

As for the rest of you it happens that I complete a card that is not to my full satisfaction. Being a technique junkie, I am trying to master the very difficult task of deciding when it's time to stop even though you're not completely happy with things - the good enough technique. Although sometimes you can challenge yourself in redoing the card, that is reusing parts of it. I never throw cards away, often I can save and reuse pieces of it.

Todays theme is about reusing backgrounds and cards.
Here it goes....

Challenge - use bleach

 Challenge - clean and simple

Challenge -  embossing powder

Challenge - make your own background

Challenge - recycling

What do you do with cards you're not happy with? Those cards that no one has bought and you don't think are pretty enough to give to someone. Give me your thoughts about recycling, I would love to read it!
